How to transfer a Google-registered eNom domain to us?

If you registered your domain through Google and can confirm that it is registered with eNom, by checking your domain renewal emails, use the following instructions to transfer your domain name to us:

1. Retrieve Your Password

Go to access.enom.com, enter your domain name in the Domain field, the Password field leave blank, and click on Login. A pop-up window should appear. Choose to have your password sent to the email address associated with your domain name.

2. Unlock Your Domain Name

Send an email to googleclients@enom.com. In the message, include the following:

Transfer your project to WebHostFace
  • Your domain name
  • Your password
  • A request to have your domain unlocked
  • An authorization code request

Note: An authorization code (also known as a transfer key or EPP code) is required to transfer your domain to us from another registrar. Some domain name extensions, mainly country-code top-level domain names (ccTLDs), do not require an authorization code.

You will receive an email from eNom containing the authorization code within 24-48 hours, after they have unlocked your domain.

3. Order a Domain Name Transfer

  • Log into your User Area with us.
  • Go to the Domains Tab.
  • Click the Transfers tab and enter your domain.
  • Afterwards you will be asked to enter your domain Authorization Key.

Once the domain name transfer is requested, you will shortly receive a confirmation email to approve it.

You will receive an email from WebHostFace once the transfer is complete. If you have not received the confirmation email in seven days time, you should contact us to inquire about your transfer status.
