Updating your application, regardless of what it is, is an essential part of its safe usage but can also be pretty tricky. With OSClass the update is a breeze and happens in just a few steps:
- Backup your files and database
- If you have Permalinks enabled first login in your OSClass admin and disable them
- Afterwards go to Tools → Upgrade OSClass. If all the requirements are met you will see an Upgrade button
- Enable Permalinks if you have disabled them
Note: If your OSClass is version 2.0.2 the autoupdater won’t work and you have to manually update the application. In other versions you might see some warning messages however the update performs just fine.
