In order to avoid any issue with interfering files, the best to way to reinstall an application will be to remove the previous installation and perform a new one. In order to do that, you can follow these steps:
1. Log into cPanel;
2. Choose Softaculous under Software/Services;
3. In the top right menu you can find All Installations;
4. Choose the installation(s) you want to remove and proceed.
